Exercise is the risk you take to avoid the complications of being still (inactive)!!

The risk of injury associated with various exercises is relatively low.
The risks associated with being still (physical inactivity) are vastly underrated and far more dangerous.

Alternative narratives, fed through influencers, is a powerful drug. They align so well with those who were spoon fed the superiority of natural remedies and the evils of western medicine and big pharma. I suspect we’ve only opened a door that will never close.
