I love doing a themed dinner + movie, and it would be awesome to go all-out on a multi-dish themed meal, drinks and snacks for cool movies.

So people demand "AI" sycophancy, refuse to interact w/ *less* sycophantic "AI", & then get increasingly ill-disposed toward interacting w/ other human beings, preferring, again, an "AI" system that is actively locking them into a loop of skills dependency, bias confirmation, & hostility.

the article also introduced me to the horrifying idea of a german boomer who plays cowboys and indians while dressed as a Confederate.

i read an nyt article about some Wild West Cowboys and Indians roleplay park in Germany and the article very specifically avoided mentioning the title or author of the "popular german western adventure novels" that inspired the park. Curiously enough, the books were also some of hitler's favorites.
