Tho to be fair it was made at the same time as Pulp Fiction and was scripted before Reservoir Dogs came out so it's only considered a Tarantino knock off because it came out after PF.

Its a lot of fun and Combs is fantastic in it (he was given a lot of leeway with adlibbing and coming up with weird stuff for his character.)
