This is the internet without ad blockers. It is absolutely unusable and something needs to be done. Ad blocking feels unfair, as sites should be compensated for running free content.

But so many ads that it takes up the majority of the screen? No one is engaging with any of those ads.

Forget what I was saying about librechat. After using the ADK tool to build agents and then hosting in agent engine.. It's just not needed😅

Remember how all the cyber security people said not to backdoor end-to-end encryption?
That sensitive data should be encrypted in transit AND at rest?

I know cleaning bottles became popular after Meow Wolf, but I couldn’t resist.

I have one more cleaning product idea too that I’m dying to get out of my head.

That sounds you hear is a long-retired COBOL programmer being asked by a broccoli headed 19 year old failson dork to come back as a consultant to fix something they ignorantly smashed, and him asking for your yearly salary per hour.

Sonarr on a raspberry pi 4 running arm is presenting some weird issues with my docker compose file.. says it can't find a match for arm despite there being one in the docker manifest 🧐

Was up until 2am tinkering with cloud run hosted librechat. Kills me the thing needs mongo to run though. I don't get how in this day and age there's not support for cloud native databases..

Tend to agree with this take. This stuff is super expensive to scale, and they're only sources of money is investors and a premium subscription that can't be making them that much
This rollout, by the way, was the easiest way to tell if OpenAI was in trouble. If they had let everybody use Sora as much as they liked, then I'd believe they had a shot. They're washed. Sora is too expensive to scale and not good enough to make them money. This is a pale horse.
To be clear, mere hours - maybe even less - after saying Sora was out OpenAI stopped accepting new account registrations with no clear timeline. OpenAI bait and switched the entire tech media. There's no way this company can afford to have their video generator available to the public. Swindled!

The air pollution within Southern Cross is absolutely awful. The smell of diesel is not fantastic. What were they thinking with the redesign way back when?

Randomly finding artists on BlueSky that you used to follow on Twitter is like playing a new Pokemon game without a guide. Step out into the tall grass and oh hey it's Vulpix.
