Sorry, it's been a while since I was cracked up by a single word. 😅 I think if I referred to my wife and her friends as 'womenfolk', I might find myself sleeping outside with the dogfolk.

Very nice, I like the pine needle roof and the plants growing out of the gutters. I'm sure the chipmunks love it 😉

Nice! I almost refurb'ed this one, but it's in the wrong place. The new shed will be farther from the house and a lot of space will be freed up, opening the view out to the yard and making room for a nice patio and garden in its place. I'll salvage a lot of good 2x4 and 2x6 lumber from the old shed.

I plan to tear this shed down this winter/spring, and we'll be building a new metal tractor shed to replace it. Do you have an ugly fugly old shed? Please share it here... I'd love to see it, but I seriously doubt it could possibly be this ugly.

These toys are not cheap either! I think my wife could stitch up a little bunny from an old sock and Louie would like it just as much 😜

That's OK, most people know to avoid getting me started talking about my boring projects, I can blather on for hours😜. True this garage would make a great studio or workshop, but we need the parking. The weather here is harsh- hot summers and snowy winters; parking outside is real hard on the cars.

There are parts of Skagit and Snohomish counties that flood just about every year. We lived in Seattle for 20 years, man it can rain a lot there.

The big flooding is happening in western WA, they just got dumped on. Snoqualmie Falls is flowing at maximum:

It rained hard here, but we live east of the mountains and the only flooding we got here is localized in canyons and along the river.

Plus we were stuck at home last summer with this new puppy, and it seemed like a good time for it.

If we waited 5 more years we'd have to replace all that plywood, instead I put the new siding right on top of it. We're also getting ready to build a big new tractor shed next to the back of the garage next year, and that will make it harder to work on the garage, so decided to just get it done.
