Made sauerkrout (1st time!) NYE and just gave it a taste.
A tiny bit of a sulphury taste but I think that's normal. Very crunchy and zero sign of funk, which is great.
Not sour enough for me, so I think it gets 1 more week on the counter. Looking forward to the result!

This just gets more and more f'ed up.. :(
My constituent, Wilmer, was mauled by an ICE attack dog despite the fact that, as he has consistently explained, he was not resisting arrest or trying to flee—his wife and young children, all U.S. citizens, were forced to watch helplessly as Wilmer was violently attacked and dragged away.
