Ovenbird hit the window this morning :( mouth open, not panting too much, perked up when I tried to move it but wasn’t very distressed. Left it in the shade and will check later.

A decent argument for upgrading my phone from my beloved iPhone 13 Mini is this sharp shinned hawk I saw in the Jamaica Pond area today
Not sure what they were doing, they kept perching low and looking at the ground. The blue jays showed up shortly after I did and made it clear they weren't welcome

Fun fact, shower heads come with a bonus piece of trash called a water flow regulator. The important thing to do with these is take them out and throw them in the trash.
