The ppl w/disabilities, ppl w/chronic illnesses & cancer, seniors already isolated, the 16M hh's w/children. WE REFUSE TO BE A NUMBER. WE ARE PEOPLE. WE DESERVE DIGNITY.

My humility is exceeded only by my modesty.
Ironically, it’s my humility that makes me so much better than everyone else.

I long for the day when we have a renewable electric economy, and "range anxiety" means you are worried you might run out of gas before finding an open service station that still sells old-fashioned gasoline.

The sandwich guy could have just been given a ticket for disorderly conduct, and (if the charges were not dropped) pled guilty, paid his fine, and gone home. What an utter waste of jurors' time and government resources.

Whenever people complain about the number of folks relying on food stamps, it is worth reminding them that SNAP is, by too large of a degree, a subsidy for corporations that refuse to pay a living wage and their political allies who reject public policy prescriptions to reduce income inequality.

SNAP is not the reason your taxes are high.
SNAP recipients don’t need to “just go get a job”.
Most of them work. The rest are disabled, elderly, children or caregivers.
People need & deserve assistance
Your taxes fund wars and tax cuts for the ultra rich
Be mad about that

Yes, I've watched it happen since Ronnie Reagan, they crash the Economy every single time and Federal debt skyrocked.
They can't govern and give trillions in Tax-cuts to Billionaires and we have to pay for their spending party.

“I would like to remind everyone that the idyllic prosperity of the 1950s, that everyone seems to want to harken back to so badly, was made possible by a top marginal tax rate of 91% for the richest Americans.”
