Here’s the beginner schedule nobody wants to hear because it’s not “hardcore” enough:
✅ 2–3 runs per week
✅ Easy pace (you can talk in full sentences)
✅ 20–30 minutes total including walk breaks
✅ Rest or cross-train on other days
