I've come to a small nature reserve, expecting it to be more or less empty on a Monday, and the car park is overflowing.
It's gonna be full of retirees isn't it. Wandering around slowly like they do, stopping suddenly in front of me due to a lack of situational awareness. Ugh.

As I left the office I said "Have a good evening" to a colleague, and he said "No worries" and I find it quite comforting to be reminded that other people have bugs in their system

I recently bought a load of socks with smooth toe seams and cuffs that don't pinch the leg, and I got rid of every single one of my old socks. A total sock replacement. It feels fantastic.

My free electricity ends at the end of this week, when my broken meter gets replaced. So before then I'm gonna do as many electricity-intensive things as I can: run cleaning cycles for the washing machine and dishwasher, charge every device in the house, mine bitcoin, etc

I was cooking some riced broccoli, onion and chorizo, with a view to making a filling for a quiche, but I started adding things like miso paste and accidentally made it delicious enough to eat on its own. Long story short, I've had an entire head of broccoli for dinner

Just had to drop out of a meeting to deal with a stinky shit that Fenchurch had failed to adequately cover up. It was so bad I had to cover the top of my coffee with a pad of post-its to prevent contamination

I got bin juice on me earlier, then got locked inside the communal bin store, and had to reach through some iron bars and operate the keypad blind. Then I got to my parents and ate two pieces of fudge before remembering that I hadn't washed my hands.

I had a boring dream in which I had a slightly difficult time making breakfast because I hadn't sufficiently prepared my ingredients.
Although, what's not boring is it's the first time I've had a dream that's given me some pointers on how to have a smooth breakfast cooking experience.
