This car alarm went off for like 10 hours straight and people were throwing shit at the car and when the guy finally came back to his car everyone ran to their windows and booed him. It made me feel like I still lived in a shared world.

Train Dreams definitely laid it on a bit thick. But right now I am predisposed to respond to a movie about a father who has to spend time away from his wife and kid to make money so it really worked for me.

I’ve realized my baby is a perfect sounding board for every dumb thing that gets stuck in my head that I say out loud over and over again that my wife finds irritating. Much to her dismay, the baby loves it when I do a Big Bopper impression.
