I have spent the last 16 years working with women who have suffered trauma of all kinds, including childhood sexual abuse. The stories they tell me would make your blood boil. Sadly, nothing that has come out in the Epstein files so far shocks me since I hear these stories all too routinely.

A common theme among clients lately: they realize how hard they subconsciously and consciously work to avoid feeling emotions. Instead, they reflectively hold/stuff/clench them in their body.
When we work together to unwind them during a session, they feel calmer, safer, and have less pain.
