Letting the strong trans aunt mask slip a bit. Everything I do for the community, the help with hormones and voice, is because I know I missed my chance to be happy by refusing to transition for 25 years even though I knew I was trans. And some days its just hits me like a truck. Do not be like me.

We need to remove the taboo around DIY. There are trans people in your area who can help you, making your own HRT is very simple and viable for trans women (sorry trans men T being controlled is a bitch). There are people who can teach you. A lifetime supply of raw ingredients costs at most $200
