OpenAI says they aren't liable for the suicide of a user their chat bot urged to kill himself because suicide is a violation of the TOS
Additionally, OpenAI argues its not liable because Raine, by using ChatGPT for self-harm, broke its terms of service

I disagree because it removes answers from their context and can hallucinate citations, but this is an indictment of just how bad Google messed with search

It's just statistics that talks like people! Please do not trust it with anything! (I am referring to LLMs here but I am growing more and more skeptical of traditional classifier models and the inherent bias within them)
