Genuinely the only thing keeping me going—but it really is keeping me going—is how good it is to see people link arms and push for this to end.
I cannot stop thinking about how much love people can have for their neighbors, and how much work and money is poured into breaking that love apart.

Lark is Very quick to anger and has a hot temper, he's pretty good at not acting on it... To a point. He WILL just up and punch someone in the face if he's reached his limit. He also tends to outright ignore people whove pissed him off or annoyed him enough in the past (eg hancock)
what makes your wol weak/flawed/ugly. im not talking like "they're overly trusting" or "they're too kind" like what makes your wol kind of suck

As someone who was introduced to Check, Please! because I’m a hockey fan, I understand this intensely. (Rinse and repeat for the other three major men’s sports leagues.) Liking sports is the act of balancing a bunch of things that are incompatible with your values, and it’s not easy at all.
