This kick is so good that instead of Rene Higuita having the most famous scorpion kick, it should be known as pulling an Ovalle
There are great contenders on this list but it’s going to be Jacquie Ovalle

For those wondering, yes, it’s That Scorpion Kick goal that I still can’t believe happened

Maybe they were actually extending the clock between innings because they were asking Dave Roberts if he was *really* sure he wanted to send Shohei back out there.

Crazy to remember how passive this Packers defense looked just a couple years ago. They are FLYING around out there.

THE BIG TEN: we would like to propose a 16-team playoff with 4 automatic bids for the Big Ten

(Crowd boos, jeers, throws tomatoes, chases Big Ten off stage)

THREE WEEKS LATER

THE BIG TEN: we have listened and learned and have a new proposal: a 28-team playoff with 7 automatic bids for the Big Ten

Brewers pitchers tonight — Misiorowski, Koenig, Uribe and Megill — averaged 99.34 mph on fastballs. That's the fastest average fastball velocity in any single game by a team in the pitch tracking era.

We don't have velo data past '08, but odds are that's the highest average FB velo in a game EVER.

Fred Smith, who bet everything he had on a plan to revolutionize freight transport as the founder of FedEx, died on Saturday at age 80. His vision for how to ship packages overnight led to not just a new company, but also a new sector of the world economy.

I don't think I've ever seen a sequence like this one where a clump of dirt from the pitcher kicks up from their shoes and explodes mid-air due to ball in the pitching sequence

Not a single international cargo ship at the Port of Seattle. The port is dead. The last ship from China will dock at a West coast port on the 29th, and the last Chinese ship will dock on the East coast around May 10th. After that, there will be no more shipments arriving from China. We’re screwed.
