Trump’s address to the nation/press conference was a rambling mess. He kept going off on tangents trying to score political points. His justification for the invasion came late in the speech after he’d stepped on his own toes. Expected the NYTimes to lead with: In a rambling speech to the nation, …”

Wanna see a crazy chart? Of course you do.

Spending on constructing datacenters and manufacturing facilities for computers & electronic products in the US now exceeds the entire retail and wholesale industry and almost as much as the rest of the office and manufacturing sectors combined.

Does the FTC’s consent decree on the Omnicom acquisition of IPG put Omnicom at a competitive disadvantage over its competitors? I mean, Publicis, WPP, Dentsu, and Stagwell can advise their clients on brand safety, but Omnicom has its hands tied.

I received a heartbreaking email today: A paper in a special issue I’m editing is being retracted because one of its authors is afraid of losing their job and their legal status in the U.S. if they publish a scientific study on evolution. Yes, on evolution, nature's engine of diversity.

New York Governor Kathy Hochul should not dismiss Mayor Eric Adams. Oh, he deserves it. But, her polls are weak and the Republicans will use it against her in the next election—they want her to do it. Adams is now unpopular. Cuomo will enter the race and crush him in the Dem Primary.

We have a situation where we MIGHT, and I do mean, MIGHT have four of Elon’s people blocked from the building.

Can we get press or a member of Congress down here? We’ve blocked them for two hours and they keep coming back and trying to go in.
