Nebraska is the first state to implement Medicaid work requirements and now I have to find a part time job that can accommodate my disability to keep my access to healthcare. I have until May 1 to be employed 20 hrs a week (something I’ve only been able to do once before) so fuck you Jim Pillen

My rule of thumb is that any illness that's:
- invisible
- chronic
- unpredictable
- hard to test
- culturally new
- requires employer adjustments, and /or
- welfare support
Will be attacked as illegitimate by conservatives.
Claim's of "over-diagnosis" are tactic a of delegitimation.
