What is read is that we need to better manage the assets we own eg actually have asset management plans etc, rather than just flog them off. Local Government is required to do asset management plans for all assets every three years. Perhaps central govt should have to show the same discipline?

Starting with deep breathing is not helpful in my opinion. Got to go right back to basics and move into more controlled stuff later. The complicated stuff is not automatic. You have to think about it and move specific muscles as you breathe

I'm not a physio. I practise & teach advanced controlled breathing techniques in tai chi & qigong. All of them can be done in different positions, including sitting or lying down. It's a slower process but the idea is to just try when doing no movement. Diaphragmatic breathing can become automatic
