As I was trudging my way back home to Mexico, I felt absolutely terrible. That’s when my friend came to the rescue, offering me a magical cure: a refreshing pajarete de leche de Chiva. It was exactly what I needed to lift my spirits and help me feel a bit more like myself again! #mexico

El 20 de noviembre marks the beginning of the Mexican Revolution in 1910. Fighting did not spread throughout the country, it did disrupt many communities' foodways.Depending on the region, people enjoyed staples such as quelites, beans, Maiz, and dishes such as tamales, atoles, burritos, and TACOS.
