Use technology more. I got a Garmin for Christmas and I love all the features and information. It also motivates me to better my times and distances.

Inconsistency and not strength training at least once a week! Everything goes much smoother for me when I spend just a little time getting stronger!

Exactly!!
So here's your answer: An autocracy where only a select few are allowed to have any input and the rest of the people are expected to comply and don't even think about it. Democracy demands engagement and self-education. It's hard, but pays off with freedom and a population invested in outcomes.
I want a government I don't have to think about at all. It's like with your utilities, if you don't think of them it means they're running properly.
