Canada made weird tv shows because it was all being done with government funded art grant money so they fell in this wacky middle ground between “shoestring budget” and “no expectation to generate shareholder value” which is really the best way to make art

Especially under the current administration -it will block access to important info minors could use to keep themselves safe or advocate for themselves. Ex: sex ed. -the vague nature of the bill will almost certainly be used to target LGBT content under the guise of "protecting children"

I called at (time) and spoke with (name, if you know it). Their behavior was beyond inappropriate. The representative said (provide details). Once finished submitting that complaint, tell them you would still like to file the initial complaint you called about. BBB script: I'm filing a complaint in regards to their conduct when I called in to inquire about the situation between them and several gaming platforms. Upon mentioning the nature of my call the representative on the phone was exceptionally rude to me. They (insert details here). This sort of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable. This should not be how they treat their customers. BBB script pt 2 (what you're looking for them to do in response): I would like a formal apology, my initial complaint to be processed, and the company to re-train their call center staff to prevent such occurrences in the future.

David Zancai (born May 7, 1968[2][3][4]) is a former street entertainer from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Zancai is known for his character Zanta: a modified Santa Claus who travels the streets of downtown Toronto doing pushups and shouting "yes yes yes" and "Merry Christmess".[4] His costume consists of nothing but shorts, boots, and a red-and-white Santa hat, even during Toronto's winters. In 2000, Zancai fell 25 feet onto a staircase while working as a painter. He entered treatment for schizophrenia at St. Joseph's hospital, having been diagnosed with schizophrenia and bipolar disorder earlier in 2003.[5] Zancai has received mixed responses to his Zanta character, and has been banned from several public areas around Toronto, including the Toronto Transit Commission.[6]

If you aren't seeing skeets from some of your fave people, they might have been labeled "Rude" by bsky mods. Idk what they are thinking, I don't need a mommy to tell me who to be buddies with. Anyway, go into Settings > moderation > bluesky moderation (advanced) and turn Rude off.
Rude Rude or impolite, including crude language and disrespectful comments, without constructive purpose. Highlighted Off, darkened Warn, and darkened Hide buttons.

I do think AI has truly made me re-examine some fundamental values. I use to think of a technology were to exist for social good it should be widely accessible for people to play with… Anyway that's pretty short sighted even outside of AI
