What’s the worst question someone can ask after you tell them your profession? For linguists, it’s definitely “how many languages do you speak?”, but I’m curious what else is happening to the rest of y’all out there?!

I've never looked before this year, but it was wild seeing "Thanksgiving Meal Kits" at Costco. Small turkey (10-12lbs), some veggies, and stuffing mix. Costco, so price wasn't bad, either.

As a Mariners fan, I know this feeling all too well: The 2025 MLB season is over. It has been a long, long time since it lasted this long and provided this much fun for us.

As a Mariners fan, I know this feeling all too well: The 2025 MLB season is over. It has been a long, long time since it lasted this long and provided this much fun for us.
