I know it’s more work for HR people but if you’re putting out job openings on job sites, at least have the courtesy to respond whether your application is being followed up on by a month after the closing? The ghosting is real unpleasant.

I think part of the reason I'm a shadow of what I used to like is because of how difficult it is to access all that stuff nowadays. I'm definitely someone who profited from yarrr!manga and with the takedowns of all the manga sites it's been tough.

I really really really like alternative makeup but my daily wardrobe fashion is far from matching and I feel a little suffocated by that.
