Ferguson is such a fucking joke.

So much of the problem here is that there is little statewide organization to oppose the GOP. The party is so weak that rallying against this kind of shit is basically impossible - we rely upon charismatic candidates every couple of years to get a puncher's chance against the GOP, but that's it.

It's hard to say that any of the Texas amendment issues are disappointing, because I mean what do you expect voters are going to do, but one result that might suck the most is the bail one. The judicial board one will suck as long as the GOP maintains control of the governor seat, too.
