Okay, this is a weird choice because it makes me think they're trying to make the new scenes canon which is worrying.
But also...
The fact that they are delisting YK and YK2 makes me think we're getting a DC version of those *very* soon.

I feel like unfortunately the people against it are a vocal minority. Two of the biggest games right now use it and from what I've seen, calling it out is met with animosity.

Once again I need to point out that the quieter, more intimate, more emotional moments of FF16 are just as impactful than the big, cinematic, bombastic battles.
The battles are awesome and cool and I love them.
But these are the scenes that stick with me.

It's such a small moment but one part of FF16 that always stuck with me in terms of awesomeness is when Torgal does the spinaroonie on Benedikta's neck.

The more I play FF16 the more depressing Square's recent statement about wanting to aggressively push towards AI is.
I couldn't imagine Tolkien writing The Hobbit then saying "I'm making a sequel, but it will be written by a gorilla that I have trained to use a typewriter"

Replaying 16 has me realizing I should really try some other FF games.
I've only played 7, 7R, 7R2, 7CCR, and 16 to completion.
I tried 13 and 15 and dropped both.
Curious how I'd fare with some other titles. Heard good things about 8 and 10 🤔

I understand having skippable *tutorials* but being able to skip the entire prologue is so strange.
That's like if Sky 1 just let you skip to Estelle and Joshua receiving their Bracer emblems from Schera.
