We love to suckle at the teat of madam capitalism... what can i say?
November 26, 2025 at 6:27 PM
Bear with me while i put this impossible to actually use uberblack™ one up for sale at a price just 20% higher than normal, in our EXCLUSIVE 10% OFF BLACK FRIDAY DEALS!
November 26, 2025 at 1:56 PM
In many ways we've brought it on ourselves by choosing to sell things at all. I can only apologise for our sheer audacity!

Hey there Lauren! Sadly i'm not a fucking idiot so obviously i'm not going to follow back and DM a 'Fedex' account with 0 followers and the user name quic-kresponseteam.
Thanks for taking the time out of your busy schedule of being an absolute shit to get in contact though.
November 25, 2025 at 12:46 PM
Sadly, and contrary to what one might expect, actually contacting Fedex doesn't lead to a collapse of the wave function, and the package remains in an unknown quantum state.

Fedex update: Our package is now existing in a space where its simultaneously going to be delivered to a 'pickup point' just around the corner, and to our address before 10pm today. Is this 'our address' as in our actual address, or our imaginary address the driver went to yesterday? Exciting stuff!

Got yourself a very sincere like, mention and repost from the Evri Parcel Assist team @helplineassistteam.bsky.social there i see! Certainly someone claiming to be them and definitely not just harvesting personal details anyway... 😉

Look on the plus side, at least it was actually the right building.
We're at number 21. I suspect the thankfully very understanding woman at number 21 the next road over is getting sick of the sight of me!
November 24, 2025 at 3:56 PM
I have absolutely no use for it, but look at it!
Its definitely firmly on my list of things i think i might get around to sorting out one day...

Given that the chap from Dead Voices On Air and Zoviet France is credited on this album with "Pig Latin and Chain Rattling" you know exactly what to expect.

It's not 'fun', but it is Christmassy... In a way.

"age old hatred never takes a holiday"

It's a right old pretty much unlistenable holiday knees up.

Yeah. It's a difficult one. Nux pedals always sound really good, but seem prone to hardware failures. Experience would tell me not to trust them.
Presumably under warranty if you get a new one though, or cheap enough that it doesn't matter so much second hand...
November 23, 2025 at 12:16 AM
Ho knows? Nux might well have upped their game a bit recently, but I've had three of their pedals that just died, and those otherwise really good orange time core pedals were notorious for it. Presumably that's why there's a mkll now!
November 22, 2025 at 11:56 PM
Every Nux pedal I've ever owned has broken within 6 months. Which is a shame as some of them are absurdly good for the money.

It says something that we dare not post this on Facebook, because you can guarantee some absolute muppet will think they're being so very clever by tagging uli behringer in the comments...

But look on the bright side... death comes to us all.

Merry Christmas etc.
