It's been a long time since I made the trip home. Drove around listening to the music I loved in those days, looking at what's changed, and remembering.
I had a lot of funny ideas about who I was, and where I was going, back then. And I had people who loved me. I loved them too.

It wasn't in the middle it was right at the bottom. That escalator wouldn't carry him a single step.
