Honestly boycotting the World Cup would be the most effective and probably the least disruptive of all of the options available to Europe. I’m not sure how you can send teams and fans to contribute to a spectacle designed entirely to celebrate a guy trying to invade your territory.

It’s 1:45 AM & the President posted 10 times this hour—calling for investigations of sitting members of Congress, threatening to jail protesters, sharing alleged diplomatic messages, and posting AI-generated images of himself conquering Greenland. This is the person with access to the nuclear codes.

Trump appears to have leaked a private text message from Emmanuel Macron.

Why would any leader ever trust someone who leaks their private conversations?

U.S. defense officials are saying 1,500 active-duty soldiers are on standby in Alaska for possible deployment to Minneapolis. That’s on top of the 3,000+ ICE agents already in the area.

We don’t really believe this is about undocumented immigrant crime in Minneapolis, do we?

The allegations in this story are incredibly disturbing. Blocking kids from bedside, lying to their pastor, pushing a patient — Why are hospital staff so involved in ICE’s attempts to detain a woman in their care?

Danish Parliament Deputy Speaker Lars-Christian Brask:

"If I could come with some advice, it would be for the Senate & House to start to take control of political power in America because with this erratic & mad behaviour, you have to ask the question, is the President capable of running the US?"

“This is tyranny,” Keith Ellison, Minnesota’s AG, told me. “There is no other way to put it. We’re all shocked by it. Nobody ever thought America would look like this. We now don’t have to speculate as to what American fascism looks like. It’s right outside the door.”

Republicans don’t believe in anything but money.
Rep. Chuck Fleischmann: "What we're seeing in Minneapolis is a situation devolve into chaos when a city, state begins to embrace issues and ethics and an ethos that is totally antithetical to America. We are Republicans believe in the rule of law, God, country, law enforcement."

Every time the Trump regime uses the words "funded protesters" and "outside agitators" news outlets need to cut to this photo from last week.

ICE has invaded these communities. Outside agitators don't show up in their fucking bathrobes.
