Yes, Hexen: Beyond Heretic is an amazing game, but oh my God the box art is just so amazing. It’s just so badass and perfectly encapsulates the dark fantasy presentation that Hexen has. This cover goes so unbelievably hard and I really wish more box art like this was being made now.

I think what’s so interesting about found (once lost) films is how some of these were found; the most recent footage of Cleopatra (1917) was legit found in some projector on eBay and The Passion of Joan of Arc was found in a janitorial closet of a mental health institution. Love me some lost media!

after a few days, I’m still just not feeling this redesign… Jason looked his best in 1988.
I’m underwhelmed with how generic this new design is, not to mention that issues in the image itself make me think it’s AI. It works as Jason, but it feels pretty uninspired. Maybe it needs an actor to it.
