The finished pumpkin cheesecake (I made like 4, this is the largest one). The knives in the background are to prevent anyone from thinking about stealing my cheesecake 😜🤭 But seriously, execution and taste wise, this is the best batch of cheesecakes I’ve ever made! Absolutely incredible!! 🤤

Finding a new seizure trigger at 45 years old, is always fun! To be specific, it’s a new smell. Certain strong smells, if I’m exposed to them for a while, can cause a seizure. This smell was a strong metallic odor from pots and metallic utensils (not the silverware) that had been sitting in water 😵💫

When the last pair of walking sneakers that you have are coming apart at the seams, but you can’t afford to buy a new pair, so you put on a really old pair (that isn’t yet falling apart) that are a half size too small… it’s okay, at least I don’t walk like 6-10 miles a day 🙄🥴😖

Well, at least the #RedSox made it to the playoffs this year, so it’s a step in the right direction. But when you can’t easily score runs, and your pitching crew is depleted and overworked, the result is… 😬 At least they didn’t get swept 🤷♂️ Here’s to next year!

You know… if you put on OFF! and then stand in the sun for a while, you almost feel like what I presume a rotisserie chicken or turkey would feel like. I could feel my skin crisping up! Now I’m hungry for a rotisserie chicken 🍗
