The finished pumpkin cheesecake (I made like 4, this is the largest one). The knives in the background are to prevent anyone from thinking about stealing my cheesecake 😜🤭 But seriously, execution and taste wise, this is the best batch of cheesecakes I’ve ever made! Absolutely incredible!! 🤤

Ragweed is the absolute worst! 🤧 We get this Giant Texas ragweed that grows behind the house (it’s a utility easement with power lines), and they only clear it out when they do work (once every several years). It grows as high as the tops of the houses 😵💫 We try to cut it down before late September 😭
