I thought this was a great point by James Moore. I've been getting tired of hearing "we're a very divided nation". Isn't an election a popularity contest for a given point in time? So there has to be a loser? Our democracy is stable.

3. The #NationalPost garbage piece says they had “3 academics” examine Carney’s 300 page thesis. Except 2 of these did not state there was plagiarism & the 3rd was who? An economist? Anyone from Oxford? No. A right wing #Project2025 type activist who’s an off main campus UBC associate poli-sci prof.
