From the Prime Minister of Canada, “The United States launched a trade war against Canada, its closest partner and ally, their closest friend. At the same time they’re talking about working positively with Russia, appeasing Vladimir Putin: a lying, murderous dictator. Make that make sense."

I heard my friend Dan here give a remarkable brief talk about this last month. Thankfully, he’s written it up at length to share.
In light of everything happening, I wrote about how the KKK in the 1920s felt unstoppable, about the people that fought against them anyway, and about how fascism always fails. dansinker.com/posts/202…

Funeral Director here: People who pass away don’t receive social security checks once the agency has been notified. We fill out a form (SSA-721) and fax it directly to social security.

Elon Musk is lying to you.

Congressman Tom Kean. The citizens of #NJ07 have the right to know how you will be voting on the GOP budget that would remove healthcare from a larger number of people of your district than your margin of victory last November.

From the CSM articles below about Musk's Doge operations, it's “the largest data breach in American history” ..., by “an unlawfully constituted band of renegade tech bros combing through confidential records, sensitive data and critical payment systems.” www.csmonitor.com/USA/Military...
A ‘national security nightmare.’ Why Musk’s DOGE is triggering alarm bells in the intel world.
The government efficiency team assembled by Elon Musk is moving at breakneck speed, raising cybersecurity and other national security concerns.

Pretty damn good framing for Dems
How much Elon Musk makes from the government a day: $8 million.

How much a senior on Social Security gets a day: $65

Guess which budget Musk and Trump want to cut?

People thought Trump wouldn’t enact insane policies. I knew the principled republicans had already resigned or been defeated. Trump has a rubber stamp party that doesn’t care about their oaths to uphold US Constitution. More chaos ahead unless courts & people step in.
