My background is different from most on this platform. I was 30+ year voting & donating Republican. Last three presidential elections, I’ve voted for Democratic candidates because I understood danger of Trump. We may not share all same policy positions, but I’m pro-democracy. I’m not going back!

People who have reached this point have gone through a lengthy vetting process already, as legal residents and now applicants for citizenship. If a discrepancy arises - and maybe it does - you notify them and pause to figure out if it can be fixed. You don't treat them like criminals.

It really is amazing that the president has a noticeable an unexplained physical ailment that is disfiguring his right hand and there's no reporting about it. The White House's line is that it's from Trump shaking too many hands! Something is clearly being covered up.
