I still get the shakes from stress, but no more cold sweats as of today. Progress! I'll be back on my feet soon, I'm sure of it. ✌️

due to circumstances im the most stressed ive been in a while
i keep almost-puking and having cold sweats and shakes, my jaw is locking up from stress, nightmares have gotten worse than ever (im screaming so hard in my sleep that im dry heaving and going in and out of consciousness some nights)
