"Writing with Robots" students presented in their unessays yesterday & here are a just few I was especially excited about & I got permission to share

Most unessay projects are accompanied by an "artist’s statement" outlining the argument of the piece—I will try to get to the core of those here+

In other news, the whole thing about Calibri v. TNR isn't about a font face, it's about the fact that Calibri is easier for people with some disabilities to read.

They think any accommodation, however painless, should stop.

your body can just sprout new bones if it wants. your body can be like "I have decided to create a new piece of bone in the midst of this thigh muscle or whatever, YOLO." this is called heterotopic ossification and I think we should all be much more scared of it than we are.

I have found our local library has SO many movies. Last week we watched "Flow" and "Where is the friend's house."
“As prices for streaming subscriptions continue to soar and finding movies to watch, new and old, is becoming harder as the number of streaming services continues to grow, people are turning to the unexpected last stronghold of physical media: the public library.”
The Last Video Rental Store Is Your Public Library
Audio-visual librarians are quietly amassing large physical media collections amid the IP disputes threatening select availability.
