Soo close to desired goopiness. It works pretty similar to the Unity shader and the goop normals are blended to the camera direction. I think I'm gonna mess with their overall look a bit more but this is soooo close to how I want it to look!

I was pretty surprised to see it's entirely shader based! I've begun trying to mimic it in Godot, and got a pretty good goop goin on.
