Need to try out south of midnight, I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how theres so few explicitly black stories in games.

I haven’t been able to put it into words, but the way Valve weaves the acts of rising and falling into both their game design and storytelling is genuinely so beautiful to me

I’m not gonna lie I’m not a huge fan of how Doom The Dark Ages looks gameplay wise
Im all for slower combat but the glory kills look kinda sad and the melee weapons look kinda ehhhhh
