Like in portal 2 when you finally reach and defeat glados, then wheatley knocks you to the bottom of aperture. Or in hl2 episode 1 when you just blew up the citadel but now you have to go back inside to save the city. It feels different from other similar stories, but i cant seem to figure out why

hopefully this'll be the year i finally sit down and understand caves of qud, it looks so cool
