Some editor with energy expertise really needed to review the story and tell the reporter that renewables are also killing coal on cost. And also that plenty of government policies support natural gas.
Interesting @nytimes.com story on tensions over coal within the Navajo Nation, but I have to do some media criticism on this framing of renewables vs. gas.
