Two days ago it was Elissa Slotkin. Last week it was Jerome Powell. Before that, Mark Kelly. Weaponizing the justice system against your opponents is an authoritarian tactic.

The only person not being investigated for the shooting of Renee Good is the federal agent who shot her.
Breaking news: The Justice Department has issued subpoenas for Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey as part of an investigation alleging that they are impeding federal law enforcement officers’ abilities to do their jobs in the state.

The original Pebble Round was probably the coolest device I have ever owned. This is going to be the best smartwatch of all time, hands down. I have already preordered one in addition to my incoming Pebble Time 2.

So thrilled that @repebble.com is back (thank you @ericmigi.com)!

The big problem with NEPA reform -- which I'd like to see NEPA reformers grapple with a bit more -- is that if you open the thing up, most of the legislators doing the "reforming" are hostile to it & just want to get rid of env. review entirely. It's not a good-faith process.

There is a better way to travel between major US cities. It's not that we can't build high speed rail here... It's been a deliberate choice of political will, car industry lobbying and regulatory hurdles designed to make it seem impossible... But it is indeed a choice.

What if the United States had high-speed rail?
High-speed rail is a proven alternative to gridlocked highways and overcrowded airports. CNN has reimagined a faster, more connected future for US commuters.

ICE just posted this video taking down the sign in Mount Pleasant on Twitter.
