It really is awful. I lost quite a bit of weight over the last 2 years and it hasn't helped at all. My neck isn't that bad, I had a herniated disk in c5 or c6 a couple of years ago that was much more painful than the actual stenosis

Both neck and lumbar spine but the lumbar spine is the place that gives me the most grief
