Every damn day if necessary.

Be a thorn in the side of trump. Hold him accountable and make republicans defend him IN PUBLIC & ON THE RECORD!

Now seems like a swell time to point out that Frontline just released this excellent 11-minute mini-documentary about what happened inside CECOT.

People who have heard about the abuse and torture at CECOT, who still support Trump, and call themselves Christians, is something I will never forget or forgive.

What Trump is doing to people is so damn evil, it is not surprising that CBS bosses will not allow us to see the horror Trump has caused.

@60 Minutes - Why? Afraid we Americans will examine our national conscience during the season of the Christchild, and find ourselves deeply divorced from and acting in utter contradiction to the teachings so many of us were raised on?

Remember when Trump lied that the Biden administration wasn't sending all the relief money North Carolina needed?
Stein: What is typical after a storm like this is that the federal government provides about 50, 60, even 70 percent of the damages in relief dollars to help a region recover from a massive hit. So far, North Carolina has received about 11 percent.

A good example of where AI limitations fall short & would be missed entirely without a human brain doing work, sorting through info, analyzing, finding connections & new insights.

Leaders* (not the bandwagoners obvs) should note this is even more applicable in BUSINESS than it is in academia 1/
Absolutely right.

AI might be able to summarize (poorly) what we currently know, but a major goal of historical research is to find the hidden surprises out there.

Let me illustrate …
Not a historian but like to research. The AI might summarize what I'm looking for, but it doesn't find what I'm *not* looking for. The book on the shelf next to the one I wanted. The insight in chapter 6 based on the quote I needed from chapter 4.

'Let that one sink in': Ex-prosecutor ties Trump 'wingman' report to missing Epstein files
Donald Trump's name was held back from most of the much-anticipated files release on Jeffrey Epstein, and that could be related to a recent New York Times report describing the now-deceased sex abuser...

Rand Paul: "All these designations are steps towards war -- calling drug runners terrorists, saying, 'Oh, if they have a designation'-- Well, how'd they get it? We gave it to them. Why is the former president of Honduras released? So some narcoterrorists are okay & others we're going to blow up"

In an NBC News data investigation of 31 states, about 70% of counties and jurisdictions fell below the target vaccination rate needed for community protection.

Who was the first woman elected to the U.S. Senate?

Arkansas Senator Hattie Ophelia Caraway.

Caraway first assumed her husband's Senate seat after his death in 1931. Most thought she would step aside at election time. She didn't. She ran & was elected. She died #OTD in 1950. #history #UShistory
