Just out in npj Biofilms & Microbiomes! Reilly Pidgeon and Arianna Giurleo complete another piece of the puzzle of polyphenol metabolism by the gut microbiome. Here they uncover a new 10-hydroxy urolithin dehydroxylase encoded by some Enterocloster spp.
