Does anyone actually know what Keir Starmer thinks about Brexit?

My view hasn’t changed: Brexit is a disaster, Scotland belongs in Europe, so let’s become independent and join the EU with our own seat at the table.

There is no official agreement of any kind that a referendum in 2014 was "once in a generation", there is however an official agreement that Scotland can choose to become independent if it is the wish of the people that live here.

From today, over 96,000 unpaid carers in Scotland will receive a £293.50 Carer’s Allowance Supplement payment - extra support that’s only available here in Scotland.

Dignity and fairness in action. That’s what you get with an SNP government.

The Saltire flutters gently above the St Andrew’s Day service at Athelstaneford. Rev Douglas Hamilton made the parallel that Andrew brought people together with Jesus and the Saltire brings us all together in an inclusive Scotland.

It’s not where we come from that counts, it’s about where we’re going.

Great to meet Afghan Scots children at Maryhill Burgh Halls and hear a lovely rendition of Robert Burns.

Note, you don't need to be Scottish to celebrate! How about a nice bowl of porridge for breakfast or a wee dram of whiskey at the end of your day? 🥃

What we're seeing with all this new data is that the Brexit damage is only getting worse as time goes on. Companies aren't "adjusting". They're either leaving, downscaling or going under. From manufacturing to services to culture to farming & fishing, the decline is snowballing rhe longer we're out.
New analysis by the politically neutral House of Commons library says that Brexit:

- cost the average Briton between £2,700 and £3,700

- lost the Treasury up to £90bn a year tax revenue.

Rachel Reeves budget options could have been very different!

They've just said that energy bills will become cheaper because of the way connection fees will be charged. Good for them.

Will this be happening in Scotland and elsewhere 🤔
