yesterday the puppies turned four weeks old! Which means we started the weaning process.

but after just about 10 minutes of us walking around there was a noticeable change in her body language which you can see in this video.
Socialization isn’t always about meeting new people or dogs. Sometimes it’s just expanding their world!

Newt had the day off today but yesterday I brought her to my parents’ house to roam their backyard. No other dogs or people around, just her getting to freely explore. In this video you’ll see how nervous and timid she was at first,

she even took treats from a wild turkey (my nephew) 😂🦃 All in all it was a really positive experience for her. We’re finding our way back to the pup she used to be!
