The courts have told them they have until December 19th. I'm sure we'll be hearing after close of business on Friday the 19th. They love a Friday night after hours drop.

I bet my grandpa would have been able to find our connection. He loved genealogy and was good at putting together those kinds of puzzles. I recall him telling me how the Greene name came from gardeners from England and he was an excellent gardener and farmer.

For me, exhaling long and then breathing in slow and deep is step one followed by relaxing my shoulders down from my ears. Those two things go a long way toward helping me reset.

One thing that can help with that, something I do a lot with yoga, is at the end I check in with my body and notice the pattern of my breathing, the way I'm holding myself, my lowered blood pressure and consciously say to myself, "Take note of this state and practice coming back to this."
