Remembering my mother, Brenda Maxine Greene Mabry on the anniversary of her passing. She loved animals as much as I do. I sure miss her. Look at the twinkle in her eye. So mischievous.

Bruna Ferreira, the mother of White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt’s nephew, has come out swinging from inside ICE custody blasting Leavitt for her “disgusting” attempts to paint her as an absentee parent. "She was once like a little sister to me. I made a mistake in trusting her."

What is something that brought you Joy today?

For me it was finding out my local library has a seed library offering free vegetable, flower and herb seeds to residents to promote gardening, healthy eating, and local food resilience. The model is "Take what you need, Share what you grow". My people!
