I was just thinking the other day that the radio/local tv news "traffic report" needs to include public transit: comparing travel times, giving updates on line delays, travel time to the airport, etc
And why don't the morning radio traffic reports tell us how it's going for cyclists, walkers or transit users ? (my new pet peeve).
In Montreal they didn't just reallocate space for 🚶🏼♀️🚴🏼♀️🚌👩🏼🦼 they reallocated *time*. Making it more convenient & faster for people to use active transportation is SO important.
